Warranty terms

90 Day Limited warranty for original consumers in the United States of America.

This product is warranted to the original consumer purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days. Go to http://waspfcs.com or contact support@waspfcs.com to obtain service.

Proof of purchase from an authorized re-seller required to obtain warranty service.
Warranty does not cover damage due to accident, alteration, abuse, neglect, improper installs, or purpose which the product was not designed for, loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use or other consequential damages.

Current return policy:
  • First 14 days allows for one refund and/or one exchange. (eg if a second return is requested, it would be a refund only).  Free return shipping. 20% Restocking fee may apply. 
  • Return for refund items that have components missing or are determined to have been abused will be deducted from any refunds.
  • After the 14 day return policy, all returns are handled thru WASP FCS support site. Owner is responsible for return shipping costs. Product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. We cover the shipping costs back to you (USA only).
  • After warranty expiration, owner is responsible for all shipping and repair / replace costs. After evaluation, a repair price quote will be provided to you for your approval to proceed with the repair.

TIP: Use US Postal Service FIRST CLASS PACKAGE for returns. It costs less than half other methods and will arrive in about the same time. Be sure to keep a record of the postal tracking number.
